Important updates about our stores

Keeping You Informed on Our Response to COVID-19

We here at Dunkin’ have been monitoring the current coronavirus situation very closely over the past few weeks. Our focus has been the health and safety of our employees, franchisees, restaurant team members, and you, the customer. You can read more specifics on how we are tackling this via a message from Dunkin’ Brands CEO Dave Hoffmann and and visit news.dunkindonuts.com/blog for ongoing timely updates pertaining to COVID-19.

To keep runnin’ on Dunkin’ during these challenging times, please note some changes and recommendations:

  • We are suspending all in-store eat-in capability by immediately removing tables and chairs from all restaurants, including outdoor patios

  • Drive-thru ordering and pick-up and in-store ordering will still be available based on location

  • We strongly encourage customers to order ahead using the Dunkin’ app on their phones, to avoid lines and to limit person-to-person contact.  Order ahead is available for both in-store pick-up and drive-thrus
