Here's a taste of some opportunities that are brewing at Dunkin' restaurants.

Crew Members are generally responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. They prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They typically set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others.

Assistant Restaurant Managers generally support a Restaurant Manager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people delivering great and friendly guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They typically assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders and fulfill accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

A Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/her team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales. They are typically responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin'® standards, franchisee standards and in compliance with all applicable laws.

A Multi-Unit Manager (MUM) is generally responsible for leading the overall operations for 5-8 franchised restaurants, such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, management development, managing budgets and ensuring Managers and Crew are delivering great guest service and executing applicable Brand standards and procedures in their restaurants.

A Director of Operations is generally responsible for leading the overall operations for 9-16 Dunkin'® and/or Dunkin'®/Baskin-Robbins ® combo restaurants, ensuring that they are providing strong leadership to their Multi-Unit Manager(s), allowing them to focus on operational excellence and building profitable top line sales. They are a part of the franchisee’s leadership team, helping to establish goals and direction for the business.

Meet the team

TAYLIN MATTHEWS

Taylin Matthews started her career serving customers at her hometown Dunkin' while also attending cosmetology school. She became a full-time hair stylist, but after working in salons, Taylin craved something different. She rejoined the Dunkin’ team, first as a full-time Crew Manager, and then as a Customer Relations Coordinator for Dunkin’ Brands®. She has developed her career ever since leading the Franchisee Support Navigator team; and most recently, is an Operating Systems Manager for Beverages. The best part? Her job now takes her back to where it all started—testing products and equipment at her hometown Dunkin'. Taylin believes she is “living proof that hard work pays off.” She says, “I work just as hard today as I did when I was working my first job in a Dunkin'.
