We offer many delicious choices to feed a crowd. Choose from pre-determined bundles, offered in small (serves 10) and large (serves 20) sizes. You can also order other classic Dunkin’ products in bulk from our a la carte menu. Browse our Catering Menu > for a full list.

DD Catering is designed to make it easy to feed bigger groups for many occasions. For that reason, we don’t offer small quantities of our products or warmed, prepared foods (i.e. breakfast sandwiches or toasted bagels). We hope to offer these delicious options in the future. In the meantime, try On-The-Go Mobile Ordering through the Dunkin’ app > to access all your favorite Dunkin’ goodies.  

Our in-store crew members are trained to package your catering order with a great variety of fresh products, which is why we don’t allow specific varieties to be picked through our online ordering site. 

No. There is no minimum order amount .

Orders placed through DD Catering must be submitted by 1PM the day before you schedule your order pick-up. Orders can be placed up to seven days in advance.

Orders placed through DD Catering can be picked up between 6AM and 7PM at participating stores. 

DD Catering is only available in select areas. Visit our location page > page to see if a store near you participates in online catering orders. If there is not a store near you, you can still contact your local store to determine if they can fulfill your catering needs.  Visit our store locator > page  to find the store closest to you.

There are no additional service fees for using DD Catering; however, prices charged for DD Catering may be different than in-store prices since the platters are prepared ahead of time and are ready to serve with plates, utensils and extra condiments.

No. At this time, we cannot accept tax-exempt orders online. If you would like to make a tax-exempt purchase, please contact your local store directly to place an order.

No. At this time, Dunkin’ Donuts does not provide delivery of DD Catering orders. All orders need to be picked up in store.

No. At this time we only accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) for online payment. 

No. At this time, DD Catering is not part of the DD Perks program, therefore you cannot earn points. 

Unfortunately, you cannot edit your DD Catering order after it has been submitted online.  Please contact the store if you have changes to your pick-up date, pick-up time or quantities of product. 

You can cancel your order by using this form > and submitting it. We prefer that you cancel an order before 1 PM on the day before your scheduled pick-up. Please note that the refund for your cancellation might take up to 3 business days to process. 

Yes. We will make an effort to assist you with your DD Catering order.

We recommend you check your order prior to leaving the store; however, if something is missing, please contact the store directly. 

We value your feedback and want to hear about your DD Catering experience, whether good or bad! We will email you a survey within a week of picking up your order. You can also submit feedback about your DD Catering order through this form >.  Please include your order number. We will share your feedback with the franchisee for the store where your order was placed.
