Meet the team

TAYLIN MATTHEWS

Taylin Matthews started her career serving customers at her hometown Dunkin' while also attending cosmetology school. She became a full-time hair stylist, but after working in salons, Taylin craved something different. She rejoined the Dunkin’ team, first as a full-time Crew Manager, and then as a Customer Relations Coordinator for Dunkin’ Brands®. She has developed her career ever since leading the Franchisee Support Navigator team; and most recently, is an Operating Systems Manager for Beverages. The best part? Her job now takes her back to where it all started—testing products and equipment at her hometown Dunkin'. Taylin believes she is “living proof that hard work pays off.” She says, “I work just as hard today as I did when I was working my first job in a Dunkin'.
