To opt-in to receive DD Perks Alerts, you must register for DD Perks at DDPerks.com and, during the registration process, opt in to receive DD Perks Alerts. You will receive a text message to confirm opt-in on your mobile telephone. By replying YES to that text message, you will be opted-in for DD Perks Alerts.
You agree that the mobile telephone number that you use to enroll in DD Perks Alerts is registered in your name and that you are the legal owner of the mobile telephone and that you have not and will not initiate DD Perks Alerts for any mobile telephone that you do not own or control.
To opt out of receiving DD Perks Alerts, text STOP to 386546. Following your opt-out request, you will receive one (1) final message from Dunkin’ Donuts confirming that your participation in DD Perks Alerts had been deactivated in our system. Following this confirmation message, no additional text messages will be sent unless you re-opt in to DD Perks Alerts.
If you opt-in to receive DD Perks Alerts in connection with the DD Perks Program, the number of text messages that you receive varies based on how you use the DD Perks program. Currently, the following DD Perks Alerts are automatically sent after you provide your consent:
· DD Perks Rewards – Sent whenever a member earns a DD Perks Reward. Send volume varies based on guest usage of program and number of rewards earned.
· DD Perks Birthday Reward - Yearly birthday reward
· DD Perks Reward Expiration – Reminder that a previously issued DD Perks Reward is about to expire. Volume varies based on guest usage of program and number of rewards earned that have not been redeemed.
· DD Perks Reminder Email – Sent one time per month for up to 3 months informing guest they are close to earning a DD Perks Reward.
· DD Perks Points Expiration – Reminder message sent once per year if a guest's points are about to expire due to 12 months of account inactivity.
· Special Offers – these will be sent periodically, up to 3 times per month and will include other news such as special events, promotions, product information and partner offers.
