Chef’s Corner: A Very Dunkin’ Thanksgiving – Part 1

By Molly DeHahn, Research and Development Technologist for Dunkin’ Brands

The holiday season has arrived and we’re having a culinary celebration here at the DD Mothership to get ready for Thanksgiving this year. We’re cooking with Dunkin’ for not only one or two courses, but for your entire Thanksgiving dinner (plus dessert!).  We’re kicking-off a three-part series featuring our recipes leading up to the holiday. First, we’re starting with our Spiced Orange Spritzer and Cranberry Brie Hash Brown Canapés for an appetizer. Next week, stay tuneDD for our recipes for the main entrée, a delicious coffee rubbed roasted turkey tenderloin, and classic Thanksgiving side dishes with a Dunkin’ twist!
